Product information
In our webshop, automation components are sold. The pictures should be seen as illustrations, though we try to show only pictures of the exact products we sell. All our goods are cleaned and tested by us before being put up for sale. Our well-developed testing process ensures that stress tests are performed correctly.

We receive orders in our webshop. If the company's payment routines require an order number, this must be stated in the order. In addition, other information must be stated as invoice and delivery address.
We reserve ourselves for any printing errors and incorrect information on this site and errors in specifications regarding the total range on eCNC (products and services).

See specific return conditions, on the product's details you wish to return.
Exchange parts must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
All shipments with exchange parts will include a return label, which is included in the price.

Invoice customers
As an invoice customer you get certain benefits. Via the login that you are assigned when the purchase takes place you can also follow the orders, see previous purchases etc.. Invoice customers have 12 months warranty on all goods unless otherwise stated.

Cash customers
Cash = PayPal.
Customers outside Nordic & Baltics cannot currently trade directly in our webshop. Instead, they can contact us directly at info@e-cnc.se and a possible purchase can be paid via PayPal.

Customers outside Denmark and residents in the EU are trading exclusive of VAT.
If you do not have a CVR / VAT number, 25% will be added to the price.
Our payment terms are 14 days NET unless other stated.

After the due date, interest on 2.0% per month commences and interest on interest is charged.

Payments must, if required, be made to PayPal: info@e-cnc.se.
eCNC reserve ourselves for price changes, incorrect prices and stock shortages. If a deferred price due to a mistake is obviously incorrect, it may be necessary for eCNC to cancel the purchase and repay any amount paid. This can be done at all times during the sale if an error is detected. The cause of the errors must be clearly communicated to the customer in connection with the cancellation of the purchase.

eCNC reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product range without prior notice.
These conditions apply as long as Danish or other applicable legislation does not state otherwise. For private users, the current rules provide for consumer protection and distance selling and protection of eCNC.
